Class Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellations: A class may be cancelled if fewer than six persons are registered. Participants will be notified at least three (3) days in advance of any cancelled or rescheduled class and offered alternative class dates. If a refund is requested, no administrative fee will be charged.

Refund Fee: A refund will be issued for student cancellations made at least three (3) working days prior to the start of the course. A $10 administrative fee will be charged.

Transfers: Up to three days prior to class start date, students may transfer registration one time if they re-register in another course within 90 days. A $10 administrative fee will be charged.

Certificate Replacement: Call service center location where class was held to request a certificate replacement. A fee of $5 will be charged.

Recommended Dress: Wear comfortable clothing; skills practice is performed on the floor.

Attendance: Courses for certification must be taken in their entirety. Please be on time.

Disability Related Needs: Call in advance to have special accommodations arranged.
